Cancellation Policy

K Simone Makeup Artistry Appointment Policy A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service balance. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment when proper notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit all payments made and may result in the inability to book future services. Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the service. For the comfort and safety of all clients, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
